Our company headquartered in Melbourne Florida, has multiple operating branches to service major and nation-wide home builders across 5 states in the southeast region of the country. Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• ERP knowledge and experience
• 5+ years’ experience as an accounts receivable supervisor / manager in a high volume environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Lookups / pivot tables)
• Experience with data extraction reporting tools ( Hubble / Microsoft BI)

Preferred:

• CPA designation
• Working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• JD Edwards ERP system experience
• Construction / homebuilding and / or manufacturing experience

Selective Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with home builder clients and their accounts payable teams
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and short payments
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and project teams to align financial and operational data
• Establish and enforce credit policies and payment terms
• Prepare AR reports and cash forecasts for management
• Lead or support process improvements and ERP system optimizations
• Supervise AR staff members
• Other similar responsibilities will be assigned as training progression is evident.

Generally a 40 hour work week except for completion of time-sensitive projects.
