Responsibilities:

• Process weekly billing invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage credit billing and resolve related issues promptly.
• Address invoice discrepancies with customers through email and phone communication, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Utilize Excel and other accounting software to maintain and organize billing records.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced construction environment, meeting tight deadlines.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless billing operations.
• Maintain a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Pay keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
• Familiarity with construction software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
