We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee and streamline the accounts receivable process while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in managing billing operations and supporting organizational financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM and accounting software systems for improved efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare and review reconciliation reports to support accurate general ledger entries.

• Lead auditing initiatives related to accounts receivable and billing functions.

• Utilize SAP S/4HANA to oversee financial operations and reporting.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize accounts receivable workflows.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management or supervision.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and other accounting software systems.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger operations and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with financial processes.
• Expertise in auditing and billing functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address billing discrepancies.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
