Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee subscription billing and renewal processes for a SaaS-based operation. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and improving subscription management systems. Responsibilities:
• Audit and organize subscription records across systems such as Maxio, Salesforce, and QuickBooks to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze current workflows and implement improvements for subscription billing, pricing, and renewal terms.
• Identify process inefficiencies and establish controls to mitigate recurring data issues.
• Collaborate with teams including Accounting, Renewals, Customer Success, and Support to reconcile discrepancies and resolve historical data challenges.
• Generate accurate invoices and renewal notices, ensuring timely distribution to clients.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for subscription processes and train the Renewals Manager for seamless handoff.
• Maintain clean, reportable data and establish effective processes that support ongoing operations.
• Coordinate occasional on-site meetings with team members to ensure alignment and address critical tasks.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with established billing standards and practices.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding progress and system improvements.
