We are committed to fostering a welcoming community and are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team.
**Job Summary:**
As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for showcasing our properties, building relationships with potential tenants, and guiding them through the leasing process. Your primary goal will be to drive occupancy rates and provide outstanding customer service to enhance tenant retention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments to prospective residents.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding unit availability, pricing, and lease terms.
- Assist potential tenants in completing rental applications and required documentation.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, amenities, and the local rental market.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Follow up with prospective residents after tours to answer any additional questions and encourage leasing decisions.
- Coordinate and conduct lease signing processes and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of property occupancy levels, application status, and lease expirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current residents to foster community engagement and address lease-related concerns.
- Attend community events and network with local businesses to promote the property.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
