What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with clients in person or virtually
  • Draft legal documents and conduct research
  • Represent clients in court and mediation
  • Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team

What You Won’t Do:

  • Handle billing issues or chase clients
  • Be expected to consistently work nights or weekends—though occasional after-hours work may arise, it's not the norm
  • Be a team of one—we operate in small, collaborative groups

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally 5+ years of legal experience (family law preferred), but we welcome applications from highly motivated attorneys with less experience
  • Colorado Bar license in good standing
  • Courtroom experience or a strong interest in litigation
  • Strong communicator and team player

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a transparent, experience-based salary structure with leadership pay automatically added to your base:

  • Base Salary + Leadership Pay Examples:
  • 5 years' experience: $130,449 + $30,000 = $160,449
  • 10 years' experience: $143,935 + $30,000 = $173,935
  • 15 years' experience: $152,619 + $30,000 = $182,619
  • 20+ years' experience: Up to $176,098 + $40,000–$65,000 depending on leadership responsibilities
  • Bonuses: Quarterly, based on performance, origination, and hours exceeded

All attorney salaries are fully guaranteed regardless of hours met, with substantial additional earnings potential.
