Job Description

This position serves as the field team lead and provides functional direction to field staff and primary point of escalation for customer, vet or store partner issues. This position also serves as a driver of company vehicles to vaccination clinics and is responsible for overall performance and operational compliance of the day’s clinics. Essential Job Functions include providing functional direction and supervision to field team, performing functions of all clinic team roles and coaching individuals, safely operating company supplied vehicle to and from clinic locations and office, lifting up to 40lbs, managing difficult customer situations including pet incidents, liaising with leadership at clinic locations for optimal clinic location and crowd management, ensuring clinic processes and paperwork are completed accurately, facilitating sales environment among team, handling revenues and deposits, assisting customers with paperwork, crowd management, offering discounts to customers, managing equipment loading/unloading, training new partners, communicating Vetco medical recommendations, building cooperation with store management, presenting reports at clinic conclusion, ensuring clinic area cleanliness, notifying store if running late, reconciling equipment and supplies, escalating clinic issues, completing paperwork and checklists, restocking supplies, participating in training, and completing Clinic Lead reports. The position reports directly to the Market Manager and provides work direction and functional leadership to rig employees while in clinic or transit. Previous experience required includes ability to perform all clinic roles, outstanding customer service skills, leadership qualities, ability to operate company vehicles, effective communication and leadership, comfort handling animals, and good standing for existing partners. Work environment involves mostly indoor duties, passenger vehicle travel, possible overnight travel, and physical activities such as bending, kneeling, moving equipment, and standing for long periods.
