CloudTrucks is building the operating system for trucking, designed to empower truck drivers. Our all-in-one, "business in a box" solution optimizes and automates operations, accelerating cash flow for drivers so they can focus on building their business. The Data Analytics team owns all business reporting end-to-end and develops data analytics products collaboratively with Product teams, supporting internal and customer-facing initiatives. Responsibilities Own end-to-end reporting, including building data pipelines and data visualization. Develop data pipelines to support internal and customer-facing products, collaborating with Product teams to launch and measure success. Build KPIs and perform complex analyses to improve processes and inform product decisions. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience as an analyst. Interest in the freight industry and product analytics. Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Heap, Amplitude). Exposure to software engineering principles. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience communicating with diverse audiences. Curiosity and willingness to try new approaches. Drive to automate repetitive tasks. Nice to Haves Experience with Python or R. Experience with data pipeline tools like dbt or dataform. Background in freight operations or logistics. Experience with data integration tools (Fivetran, Segment). Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
