EPIC/Claims Systems -- Director of Learning & Digital Training – Hybrid
Job Summary
The Senior Director of Healthcare Learning & Digital Training leads enterprise-wide education, training, and digital adoption strategies for healthcare professionals creating a NEW enterprise wide insurance claims system. This role is responsible for designing and executing scalable workforce learning programs , supporting Epic EHR implementation , and optimizing clinician onboarding . The ideal candidate has extensive experience in healthcare IT, instructional design, and organizational development , ensuring that clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership receive comprehensive training aligned with industry best practices.
