Job Description

Job Description: Uncle Arnie’s is looking for a SoCal Field Marketing representative to help grow brand awareness within the retailers, build trusting relationships with our consumers, and help support our sales team. The field marketing representative's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers in the San Diego, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties and continue to develop existing relationships with the staff and end consumers. As a field marketing rep, you should showcase excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. You should also act proactively as a liaison between the retailer, end consumers, and the sales rep assigned to the account to ensure the proper flow of information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing staff education, ensuring all staff are educated and updated on all our products and any needed demos/events on a case-by-case basis.
  • Aligning with marketing to implement and deploy physical and digital marketing strategies to help raise brand awareness in stores
  • Working with your sales representatives to incentivize budtenders by coming up with creative contests and SKU-focused goals.
  • Monthly reports on sell-through in stores and assets/accounts/staff education.

Requirements include:

  • Proven work experience as a field marketing representative, brand ambassador, budtender, or relevant customer service/sales role.
  • Cannabis knowledge and/or experience preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean driving record (No DUI, repeated ticket violations)
  • Availability to work on weekends

This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $24.04 , based on a 40-hour workweek, with opportunities for overtime. A comprehensive benefits package is included, featuring health, dental, and vision insurance , as well as life insurance coverage. Additional benefits include mileage and expense reimbursement, unlimited paid time off, and paid company holidays.
