Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and happy dental assistants who are committed to serving our child patients and their families with care and excellence. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Excellent customer service is a must for this position.

Dental assistants should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate. Previous experience is recommended. Coronal polishing and sealant certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and families to the dental office with warmth and positivity

  • Prepare patients for treatments or checkups while ensuring their comfort

  • Set up instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures

  • Sterilize instruments according to safety and hygiene regulations

  • Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry techniques

  • Perform lab tasks as instructed

  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

  • Keep the treatment rooms clean and well-stocked

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a dental assistant

  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization practices

  • Understanding of health and safety guidelines

  • Ability to perform non-surgical regulated tasks (coronal polishing is a plus)

  • Good computer skills

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
