MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- Experience in Wireless.
- Excellent Project Management skills and experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of cellular installations and modifications, including design, environmental, permitting, and zoning.
- Working knowledge of Network Real Estate and the ability to read a lease and interpret A&E drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Operating systems and applications including: Windows, MS Office, And Proficiency in office computer applications: Excel, Word, G-Suite
- Team player attitude and ability to come into the office in West Nyack on Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and with a Team.
- Strong communication skills - communicates effectively verbally and in writing (in a clear and concise manner).
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to achieve results while working through obstacles.
- Extensive knowledge in FUZE.
- Working knowledge and experience of project management concepts.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Acquisition Consultant for a wireless carrier in the New York metropolitan area
- Experience with ARC Cad.
- Strong Decision making and Leadership abilities (especially as it pertains to working with a project team that does not directly report to you).
- Excellent interpersonal skills (including the ability to interact with technical & non-technical teams).
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage medium to large-scale 5G/SNAP engineering projects using tools such as FUZE, Microsoft products, G-Suite, etc. to insure objectives are met as well as for reporting to upper management.
- Review and Guide Site Acquisition Contractors on proposed Lease amendments, including rent negotiations
- Work closely with a variety of groups both within and outside the Network Teams (including RF Design, Cell, Engineering, Transport, System Performance) to assure coordinated efforts and satisfactory results across multiple stakeholders
- Manage external vendors to meet targeted network milestones and integration dates.
- Coordinate and Lead regular project meetings to keep the team abreast of (as well as track) overall status, changes, risks and major milestones.
- Escalate issues when necessary to keep schedules on-track or as otherwise required.
- Ensure project timelines are met.
- Establish contingency plans as needed throughout the duration of all projects.
- Provide regular status reports to the Project team and Management
- Develop new processes to improve project efficiency
- Document processes and procedures for the project team/sub-market.
- Present options for navigating through identified challenges/issues
- Drive quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs, directive or financing for the project changes
- Review vendor invoicing
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience required.
