Get Found Fast is an established SEO and digital marketing agency in the Denver Metro area with a diverse portfolio of clients. We are expanding our team to meet the needs of our clients. 

Get Found Fast is looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with great organizational capacity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to join our dynamic SEO department. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing client websites to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility. You’ll work closely with the SEO Director and collaborate with the SEO team to develop and execute effective strategies that deliver measurable, meaningful success. What you’ll be doing with our SEO Team

  • Learn our SEO processes and combine them with your existing SEO knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to understand your client’s market and their consumers.
  • Keyword research development and implementation that best aligns with your client’s goal and the search intent of their consumers
  • Develop and implement SEO campaigns from launch to long-term success
  • Execute a range of on-site, off-site, and technical SEO tasks including, but not limited to 
  • Optimizing existing or developing new content
  • Performing regular technical SEO audits and providing recommendations to web developers for resolving issues
  • Creating 301 redirect maps
  • Creating SEO maps with optimizations around metadata, headers, and URLs
  • Writing Schema
  • Identifying opportunities for internal linking
  • Conducting backlink research and assisting with outreach strategies.
  • Google Business and local profile creation and optimization, along with other social listings
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed SEO performance reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress over time.
  • Stay current on industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure compliance and maximize campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, web developers, and paid search managers, to ensure holistic client success.

What we’re looking for an individual who is

  • 2-5 years of SEO experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Detail Oriented: you know the devil (and the fun!) is in the details. Not only do you not overlook what others might think of as minutia, but you like to look at a problem from every angle before choosing a strategy.
  • Flexible: Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You’re also comfortable with ambiguity and finding client solutions.

  • A Problem-Solver: we need someone keen and quick with trouble-shooting abilities, who doesn’t back down from a challenge, and who is ready and willing to get down and dirty. You can tackle problems and be happy to help others understand how you arrived there. 
  • Effectively Communicative & Collaborative: whether with your fellow employees or our clients, you know how to break down complicated concepts into bite-size morsels or keep folks up-to-date as you slay a campaign. You feel confident and comfortable presenting your strategies and thoughts to our clients and group settings. You listen intently to concerns, new ideas, and suggestions.

  • An Affinity for Technology 
  • Preference will be given to candidates in the Denver Metro area.

Ideally, you’d bring to the table…

  • Exemplary writing skills that interweave our clients’ diverse voices but keep a focus on the technical needs of SEO
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and search engine platform tracking/benchmarking tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, etc.)
  • Understanding of technical-SEO fundamentals (page optimization and schemas, URL structures, site crawl performance, links, etc.)
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AHREFs. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager are a plus but not required.
  • Bonus points for experience with clients in the construction and medical industries
  • Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis.
  • Working knowledge of how to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.ai efficiently
