**Job Title: Skilled Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Foreman to lead construction projects focusing on constructing shaded structures for commercial buildings. This role involves setting columns, pouring concrete, installing steel structures, and conducting some electrical work if required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the construction of shaded structures for commercial buildings.
+ Excavate materials and set columns.
+ Pour concrete into 36" round and 10 feet deep footings.
+ Install structural steel and custom elements.
+ Install ladders and ensure structures are level.
+ Conduct electrical work when shades have lights.
+ Lead and manage a team of laborers.
+ Read and interpret construction drawings.
+ Communicate effectively with team members.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in carpentry and concrete/steel work.
+ Leadership experience in construction.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to manage laborers and track invoices/receipts.
+ Proficiency in using smartphones and basic computer skills.
+ Ability to send emails and complete expense reports.
+ Experience in reading blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year of outdoor construction experience for laborers.
+ Experience in installing structural steel and columns.
+ Knowledge of using levels and ladders.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a team of three, starting your day at 5:30am from the garage and heading to the job site. Expect 10-12 hour workdays from Monday to Thursday, with rotating Fridays for overtime. Occasionally, travel outside Phoenix may occur, but transportation is provided in a company vehicle.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
