Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time Sr Archives Manager to join our Default Commerce Org for Positions team located at the Chickasaw Cultural Center.
*Summary:*
*Responsibilities:*
* Assists management in administration of federal grants and contracts
* Assists in the development and progress of goals and objectives
* May require to be cross trained in multiple areas as assigned
* Participates in the development and implentation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities
* Oversees and manages the daily operations of assigned area
* Meets operational goals by establishing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, resolve operational problems and identify work process improvements
* Shoots and edits photos designed to provide meaningful information about Chickasaw Nation programs, services, accomplishments of points of view to members of the media and the public.
* Research, analyze and evaluate funding opportunities
* Coordinates the planning, development and preparation of grant proposals for assigned departments
* Provide guidance and assistance in the interpretation of funding agency regulations, requirements and guidelines
* Writes, edits and finalizes funding application narratives, budgets, project timelines and logic models based on the funding agencies goals and objectives
* Develops and performs detailed administrative tasks and functions to assure an accurate and timely flow of information needed for prudent administrative decisions
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
* Participates in candidate selection process
* Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
* Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
* Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
* Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
* Ensures cooperative and respectful work relationship of assigned staff including interpersonal training and resolving internal issues
* All other duties as assigned
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Maintain knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Prepares weekly reports
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
* Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines for assigned work area
* May be required to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the manager to ensure all operational standards are maintained
