Position Summary Store Manager must deliver excellent customer service, maintains a clean and organized store, and creates engaging displays. Responsibilities include buying trendy inventory, operating the POS system, handling finances, ensuring security, and processing merchandise. Store Manager will delegate tasks, oversee store operations, and support teamwork through clear communication. Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Lead by example with exceptional customer service and style knowledge. Sales & Customer Experience Ensure all customers receive outstanding service throughout their shopping and selling experience. Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. Operational Excellence Oversee all aspects of daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Ensure accurate cash handling and loss prevention practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor. Buying & Merchandising Lead the buy counter team to assess and acquire desirable secondhand clothing in alignment with FreeStyle’s standards. Ensure strong product curation and seasonal merchandising strategy. Monitor inventory levels Qualifications 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in resale, fashion, or lifestyle brands. 3+ years of customer service Open availability Deep knowledge of current fashion trends, secondhand/vintage clothing, and styling. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
