Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Manager to oversee and manage our Pop-Up store operations and retail marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retail activations, including strategic planning, product assortment and allocation, visual merchandising, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for brand storytelling, customer experience, and operational excellence in retail environments. A unique opportunity exists to revolutionize the retail experience by integrating our successful ecommerce try-on program into the in-person setting. We are looking for a visionary leader to pioneer this new approach, allowing customers to seamlessly blend online and offline shopping.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of Pop-Up and/or new store openings to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.
  • Work closely with the production team on coordination and management of new store and pop-up locations, including site set up, product assortment/allocation, visual merchandising, and logistics.
  • Develop and execute on growth marketing strategies focusing on enhancing customer experiences and boosting brand awareness.
  • Define and manage product mix strategies tailored to each Pop-Up location and target demographic.
  • In partnership with Design and Marketing, maintain visual merchandising standards across locations ensuring all displays are impactful, cohesive, and engaging as well as regularly updated based on seasonality, product launches, and promotions.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on KPIs, customer experience insights, and team performance to inform strategic decisions and potential expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, retail) to ensure consistency across product and storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, Pop-Up retail operations, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location retail campaigns or temporary retail experiences.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing principles, visual merchandising, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for store setup, management, and site visits.
  • Weekend availability is required
