Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an User Acceptance Tester with financial crimes/risk and controls experience in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in UAT testing and UAT testing script writing.
• Experience working closely with line of business to write effective test scripts.
• Able to execute scenario-based testing to validate system accuracy and functionality under pre-defined conditions.
• Ability to compare results from current state with the future state system to ensure consistency and identify improvements.
• Able to work closely with line of business to write effective user stories in JIRA.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve gaps or inconsistencies identified during testing and parallel production phase.
• Advanced knowledge of KYC/Financial Crimes domain and its global compliance applications.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsibilities may include drafting and refining business requirements, developing and executing test scripts, validating system functionality against business needs, logging and tracking defects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify issues and retest fixes as needed.
• Comparing results across user interfaces, verifying data accuracy and workflow behavior, and conducting post-production validation to ensure the solution meets expectations in a live environment.
• Play a key part in validating that delivered applications aligned with intended business outcomes and are ready for operational use.
