Job Description

Job Title: On-Site Staffing Recruiter

Location: Dallas

Pay: $850-$900 (Weekly)

Position Overview:

As our onsite staffing recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment process directly at client locations. You’ll work closely with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless, positive experience for everyone involved. From sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, you’ll be there every step of the way to build strong teams and drive success.

  • Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Perform all duties of the Onsite Representative , including worker check-ins, monitoring attendance, performance, and engagement.
  • Actively recruit, screen, and onboard contingent workers to meet client demands.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure consistent workforce availability.
  • Conduct interviews, pre-employment screenings, and orientation sessions.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for workforce inquiries related to onboarding, policies, and employment matters.
  • Partner with HR and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize and participate in worker and client appreciation events.
  • Occasionally support the branch with other recruiting needs as necessary

  • Time-to-fill open positions and recruitment success rate.
  • Worker retention and engagement levels.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback.
  • Compliance with onboarding and HR documentation standards.

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR administration preferred.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and employees.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
